I am Sandipon Chatterjee, a corporate professional with over 20 years of experience across diverse organizations and roles, bringing leadership, discipline, and strategic thinking to every responsibility I have taken on. Alongside my corporate journey, I have always been passionate about fitness and sports, representing both my state and the nation in Judo and Boxing, which provided invaluable exposure to competitive environments.

My interest in holistic fitness led me to practice Yoga for more than a decade, eventually earning international certification as a trained yoga professional. With expertise in yoga and freehand exercises, I combine physical strength, mental clarity, and mindful living to guide others on their wellness journey. I continue to pursue my passion for health and holistic well-being while helping individuals discover their own path to balanced living.

I am Rukmani Sharma, a certified yoga instructor with four years of experience helping individuals improve their physical health, enhance mental clarity, and strengthen overall well-being. My approach focuses on creating a deep connection between body and mind through asanas, pranayama, meditation, and mindful movement.

I am dedicated to guiding students on a natural and sustainable weight-loss journey by improving strength, boosting metabolism, and building long-term healthy habits through yoga. My goal is to support individuals in achieving balance, inner calm, and a holistic sense of wellness.

I’m Vaishali Deshmukh, and my journey with yoga has been about a decade long. I began practicing out of curiosity, but it quickly became the anchor that shaped how I move, teach, and show up in the world. I’m a certified yoga instructor, and before this, I spent several years working with children aged 6 to 8, supported by a specialization in early childhood development. That experience taught me patience, intuition, and how to meet learners exactly where they are. Today, I bring all of that into my classes, keeping them steady, mindful, and focused on helping each person find their own rhythm.
